Underkeep has 32 achievements. Twenty have public names and descriptions on Steam; twelve are hidden behind internal names. Most of the list is progression, but a few require deliberate hoarding or quest completion.

What are the hidden achievements?
Twelve achievements have internal names but no public display name in the data captured so far. They are:

- unnaturally_energized

- eyes_in_the_wall
- a_light_in_the_dark
- everything_went_according_to_plan

Do not trust a guide that gives exact names or steps for these yet. The internal names suggest mining, spores, the tower, and Waystone usage, but that is inference, not confirmed text.
Which achievements need planning?
Four need deliberate action: Doomsday Prepper, Bone Collector, Shopping Spree, and Filthy Rich. They are hoarding checks, not skill checks.

Do them on a second run or after the main story. Hoarding 200 food during a blind run weakens the party at the exact moment it needs armor.
Which achievements are story-gated?
Village of Fading Hope, Into Duskhollow, Not Dead Yet, Veteran of the Deep, and We Are Not There Yet… come from normal progression. You cannot miss them if you finish the game.
Who's the Boss Now? is tied to the Bandit Chieftain, which is on the main route. First Step Into Rot unlocks in the tutorial dungeon.
Which quests gate achievements?
Three quest lines matter: Heart of the Barbarian (Ronan), the five lost mushroom children for Mrs. Puffshroom, and freeing Jacob from his chains. The Silencer achievement requires all three High Clerics.
These quests can be found in different orders because the world is partly open. If an NPC is missing, check the village and the earlier areas before assuming a bug.
Quest achievements are the easiest to miss. Save before turning in a multi-step quest so you can branch if the outcome matters.
How long does the full list take?
The story achievements take one full run, roughly the length of the game. The hoarding achievements add a second run or a dedicated endgame grind. The hidden twelve will take longer because the community has not solved them all.
Do not chase 100% on day one. The achievement percentages show that even finishing the game is rare right now; the hidden list will be documented over the next few weeks.
Do achievements unlock anything?
